Shakespeare's comedy "Much Ado About Nothing" is abridged into "Much Ado About Nothing Shortened" by the editor David R Wellens. Nothing but Shakespeare's language is preserved and the entire play time is about 45 minutes on the stage. It is excellent as a way to more quickly cover this play in a classroom setting, or for shorter productions on the stage. Since the lines are all Shakespeare's, this is an excellent study for those studying acting.
